Tynedale Hospice at Home

Tynedale Hospice at Home provides bereavement support to children, young adults and families through our Rainbow Project. We offer a variety of clubs, workshops and family support to assist children with understanding and coming to terms with their loss. In addition we offer 1-1 Bereavement Support Service to adults, using trained and experienced volunteers who will support clients through their grieving process in fortnightly sessions held in a dedicated room in the hospice building. We also offer a series of Bereavement Support Groups to bereaved adults over the course of a 12 month period.
