We offer practical support: helping with accessing financial, legal and housing advice; accompanying to court and other appointments; poste-restante service for women for whom it is too dangerous to receive mail at their home address. We offer emotional support: One-to-one counselling as well as courses for women: self-esteem & the experience of domestic abuse, the Freedom Programme, the Recovery Toolkit and WRAP (mental health & domestic abuse). We can help with travel and childcare costs for women when they are accessing our service. We offer training to other professionals regarding the dynamics of domestic abuse and how best to support victims We offer awareness-raising talks to community groups
