Northumberland County Blind Association (NCBA) provide support services to Blind and Vision Impaired People throughout Northumberland to maintain their independence. Services include; Sightline Telephone Peer Support, Social Activity and Support Groups, Home Visitors, Emotional Counselling, Volunteer Drivers, Information and Advice. Rehabilitation Service, registration and Sight on Site service (independent living at home) on behalf of Northumberland County Council. Low Vision assessments and equipment demonstrations are offered from the fully accessible purpose built resource centre. Tailor made Low Vision Awareness training. Access advise. Transcription services (MP3, CD, Large Print and Braille)
