MENCAP

Provide tailored, personal support to children and young people with a learning disability. The service offers a range of flexible, individually designed support options to enable families/carers to take a break. They can support someone in their own home, allowing them to continue with their usual daily routine. Alternatively, they can enable someone with a learning disability to take a short break away from home. The service is dynamic and adaptable; support can be for as many or as few hours as required.
